“Get Involved, Stay Involved”
Your input is very important to me. I would like to know what you think about our service and what we can do to improve our site and our NJFL Fishing forum(s).
NJFL “Youth Angler of the Month” will be announced 11/26/2011. Wait to you see the size of this monster and the proud winner’s Face when he received his prizes. We Can’t wait to share this with everyone.
Recently the NJOA has been sending information about a pending Forest Harvest Program on State-owned lands. It is important to the health of our forests, and dependent plants and wildlife, that bills S1954/A4358 are heard and passed in the coming week.
Whether you enjoy forests for their beauty or for the fish and game opportunities they provide, or want to provide a chance for extirpated species (ruffed grouse, bobwhite quail, red-headed woodpecker, and pheasant) to gain a foothold in New Jersey woodlands - it is important that you let your legislators know that you support the bills.
A prewritten letter of support is provided at the link that follows. Follow the simple instructions and click on "send." Your support of the Forest Harvest Program will automatically be sent to your legislators. We've made it easy for you to make a difference!
